For all woodwind, brass, and percussion players! In this 90-minute workshop, guest clinician Vanessa Mulvey will work with participants on how to use their bodies more efficiently to gain greater results in their playing. Following a general group discussion, selected WCMS students will play for the group and Vanessa will work with them to address specific goals and tactics. This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to develop greater comfort and fluidity while playing.
Free for WCMS students; $15 for the general public. Recommended for grade 6 through adult. Participants should bring their instruments (or make arrangements with the school for percussion) and wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
